Data Protection Training – provided by Data Compliant via video link or webinar, or at your offices or offsite locations.
The Data Compliant trainers will provide engaging awareness training for your Board, your staff, or your volunteers in GDPR, PECR and e-Privacy, and the DPA 2018. Every trainer has a minimum of 20 years experience in data and data protection.
Popular subjects
These include the overarching subjects of governance and accountability; social engineering (such as phishing, vishing and pharming); the role of the Data Protection Officer; information security (physical, organisational, technical and cyber); and privacy by design. In addition we provide training which can be based around your internal policies, such as data breaches, digital marketing, and subject access requests.

The training is tailored both to your specific business and the audience to be trained. Our courses and workshops are entirely bespoke – we deliver what your business needs, whether that is a broad brush approach, or in-depth training in specific areas.
Training Techniques
We use a mix of techniques, ranging from presentations or classroom-style lectures, to interactive or group workshops. All are brought to life using real life examples and a great deal of interaction. All courses are designed to involve learners, and may include break-out groups, question and answer sessions and discussion and debate.
Board and Senior Management
Data Compliant workshops for Board and Senior Management adopt a strategic approach. We tailor our approach to reflect your own strategic goals, and to explain how you may achieve them while remaining within the limits of the legislation.

Quizzes and Certificates
If required, we include a series of questions at the end, and those individuals who complete them successfully will be awarded a Certificate to demonstrate they have completed the course successfully, and to contribute to their CPD points.
Typically Data Compliant training activity ranges from two hours to a full day, or, if more intensive training is required, up to 5 days.
